If you DO know how to use a GPS unit then:

1. Go to the LIVE CACHES page and choose caches to discover.
2. Choose the caches which match your plan or itinerary.
3. Find the caches. RECORD THE CODE WORD.
4. Get back to your computer and click on the REPORT FORM on the home page of www.geocachingontario.com. 
5. Start looking for new caches.
6. You can find as many caches as you like and submit each time.
