Once you have found a cache, please fill in the form below. (2007 live caches will no longer be accepted)

The most important lines are the cache number -found under the Live Caches page, your email address, your name and most importantly the Code Word!

When identifying a cache number, YOU MUST USE THE OGPSTH CACHE #, NOT THE GEOCACHING.COM #.
This means your cache number will likely begin with EOG or NOG.
The following letter represents the county - eg. EOGPR is in Prescott-Russell County.

Please enter the Code Word exactly as it is written on the story inside the cache.

Only press submit once.
Once you press submit a confirmation screen will appear confirming that we have successfully received your reporting form.

The purpose of the comment page is to report if the cache needs maintenance etc.  Other comments can be posted on www.geocaching.com

Note that some of the data fields below must be filled in before you will be able to submit your reporting form.

Entries will be accepted until December 31, 2008. You can only send in one form per cache per email address.
